**Cleaning Fee for Exceptionally Returned Equipment**

1. **Condition of Return:** All rental equipment must be returned in the same clean and operable condition as it was provided. This includes the removal of any dirt, debris, stains, or other materials that may have accumulated during use.

2. **Definition of Exceptional Condition:** Equipment is considered to be in an “exceptionally returned” condition if it is returned with excessive dirt, mud, grime, stains, or other substances that require cleaning beyond routine maintenance. This includes but is not limited to:
– Heavy dirt or mud build-up
– Stains or spills that require specialized cleaning agents or techniques
– Debris or residue from food, chemicals, or other materials
– Any condition that requires significant additional cleaning time or resources to restore the equipment to its original condition

3. **Cleaning Fee:** If rental equipment is returned in an exceptionally dirty or soiled condition, **Cleaning Fee for Exceptionally Returned Equipment**

4. **Inspection:** All equipment will be inspected upon return. If the equipment is found to be in an exceptionally returned condition, the customer will be notified of the required cleaning and the applicable fee.

5. **Payment:** The cleaning fee may be deducted from the customer’s security deposit or charged directly to the customer’s credit card on file. Payment of the cleaning fee is due immediately upon invoicing.

6. **Disputes:** If the customer disputes the cleaning fee, they must notify Bunker Bummer Rents within 5 days of receiving the cleaning fee invoice. Bunker Bummer Rents will review the dispute and provide a final determination.

7. **Waiver of Fee:** Bunker Bummer Rents reserves the right to waive the cleaning fee at its discretion based on the circumstances of the equipment’s use and return condition.

By renting equipment from Bunker Bummer Rentals, the customer acknowledges and agrees to this cleaning fee policy and the conditions outlined herein.
