**24-Hour Cancellation Notification Policy for Equipment Rental**

1. **Policy Overview:**
This policy outlines the requirements for canceling an equipment rental reservation. Customers must provide a minimum of 24 hours’ notice before the scheduled rental start time to cancel their reservation without incurring a cancellation fee.

2. **Notification Requirements:**
– Customers must notify Bunker Bummer Rents of their intent to cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled rental start time.
– Notifications can be made via email or phone.

3. **Cancellation Fees:**
– If a cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the scheduled rental start time, a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% will be charged.
– No-shows (failure to cancel and failure to pick up the equipment) will result in a charge of the full rental fee.

4. **Refunds:**
– For cancellations made with more than 24 hours’ notice, any prepaid rental fees will be fully refunded within five business days.
– Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the rental period will be subject to the applicable cancellation fee, with the remaining amount refunded within five business days.

5. **Exceptions:**
– In cases of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, Bunker Bummer Rents reserves the right to waive the cancellation fee at its discretion. Customers must provide appropriate documentation to support their request for a waiver.

6. **Changes to the Policy:**
– Bunker Bummer Rents reserves the right to modify this cancellation policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated to customers via email.
